Villa Cerine
Villa Cerine was originally built as a farmhouse at the beginning of the century, it’s property includes surrounding. Vinyards and olive camps and is made up of the main building ie. the manor and the farmhouses, now transformed and restored into holiday homes. The property is situated in via Francigena and has been fully restored while successfully maintaining the original qualities and characteristics of that period.
The local train and bus stations are both within easy reach for the more adventurous travellers.
Altopascio is a lovely town where the temptation to visit the local wineries and restaurants is easily fuelled.
It’s geographical position also enables guests to reach Florence and other cultural cities, the seacoast and the nearby Lucchesia mountains easily and quickly.
Villa Cerine is situated in the area of Badia Pozzeven in Altopascio, in the County of Lucca. Altopascio is well known both for it’s hospitality and it’s local bread.
Villa Cerine is an enchanting place to stay, equipped with all the necessary home comforts, a quiet country location surrounded by nature.
Everything necessary can be found within walking distance…banks, supermarkets, drycleaners, chemists, newsagents, restaurants, pizzerias and fitness centres and gyms. Montecarlo is situated just a short distance away famous for it’s local production of olive oil and wonderful wines.
Villa Cerine: structure
The Manor is equipped with all the necessary home comforts.dining room, living room with television, air conditioning/heating, an equipped kitchen, laundry and cleaning service, four bedrooms which have the possibility to sleep ten (maximum), 3 bathrooms equipped with the necessary linen and towels, there is also a hairdryer, free wifi connection and a marvellous garden with ample parking. The dependance consists of a small bathroom/spa, with a hydro massage and massage table for beauty treatments, changing room and a store room for games.
The outside pool is 8X4 m. and 1,40 m. deep with roman steps and a shower, and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, a table and chairs ideal for eventual aperitives and dinners by the pool.
There is also an attached area with arbour, with a table for dinners and barbecues.
The wood and barbecue equipment is supplied.
The playground has a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a small pool for toddlers and babies.
Villa Cerine also boasts a volleyball court, basketball posts and nets, goal posts, a ping pong table, badminton rackets, arm bands and rubber rings for non-swimmers.
Dogs are welcome at any time.
PRICES AND BOOKING
Villa Cerine is available for bookings all year round.
It is possible to check in any time after 16.00 but the check out has a 10am deadline.
A minimum of a 2 day booking is required.
General cleaning and fresh linen are offered once weekly or on request.

The booking will be confirmed on receiving a deposit of 20% of the total cost, through the bank/online or credit card.
The entire fee must be paid before arrival. Cancellations made at least 15 days before the specified date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 15 days of the proposed date will not be refunded but will still be valid to use within the following 6 months of the cancelled date.
€ 200,00 is required on arrival (to cover eventual damages…etc) and will be refunded on the day of leaving.
