Booking conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability is not binding and does not take the form of the contract either for the client nor for Villa Cerine.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the customer but not

binding for Villa Cerine in which part is free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation that is sent by Villa Cerine to the customer is binding for both parties and establishes a formal agreement between both parties with options.

In the event that a deposit is required or credit card details to confirm the customer has the duty to send them within the indicated time period so that option are removed and the booking is conform defiantly .

All reservations must be confirmed and cancellation conditions accepted by email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The contract is subject to the following conditions resulting from the free negotiation between both parties and for greater convenience are summarized below.

1CONFORMATORY DEPOSIT

Upon the conclusion of the contract the customer is required to pay 30% of the total cost of the confirmed services as a confirmatory deposit.

For tays without a booking the client must pay the agreed amount for the entire stay on arrival.

2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWEL WITHOUT PENALTIES

The customer has the right to cancel the contract up to 30 days before scheduled arrival date without paying any penalty.

3 BREACH OF CONTRACT

In the event of cancellation after the deadline referred in point 2 the down payment will be kept

but will be useable for up to 6 month.

If cancellation is communicated less than 30 days before the date of arrival the entire deposit

will be lost.

In case of early departure the agreed amount for the entire stay must still be payed.

5 TERMS OF PAYMENT

The final balance must be payed by bank transfer before arrival .

A deposit of 200 € is required at the time of arrival which will be returned on the day of departure

unless verified damages have been made.

In addition the sum of 160€ is required for the end of stay cleaning which will be added to the cost of the stay.

6 CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

The rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day

of departure.

The booking are intended for a minimum of one night.

General cleaning and linen change is provided once a week only on request.

7 CONCILIAZIONE

Any dispute concerning this contract or related to the same, including that relating to its validity

execution and resolution will be subject to conciliation according to the procedures established by the state,. Rules laws chamber of Lucca.

The Conciliation will be conducted by an independent conciliator appointed in accordance with the afore mentioned statute regulation.

The parties undertake to resort to conciliation before starting any judicial or

arbitration proceedings, regardless of the value of the dispute.
